What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Every one of our charters comes with an expert crew, all necessary safety equipment, fuel, and basic non-alcoholic beverages. Depending on the service type, additions vary — for example, sunset cruises come with upgraded non-alcoholic drinks and small bites, whereas business charters offer amenities for meetings and customized catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
We suggest reserving your charter at a minimum of 2–3 weeks prior to your intended date, more so in the high season between May and September. For exclusive events and business functions, securing your booking 4–6 weeks earlier is recommended for optimal dates and personalization options.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our utmost concern. Should our captain decide the weather is unsafe, we will propose an alternative date for your charter or provide a complete refund. We keep a close eye on the weather forecasts and will get in touch with you 24 hours beforehand if the forecast is doubtful.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, guests are permitted to bring their own food and beverages onboard. Additionally, we provide a high-quality catering service with customizable menu options. Please note for safety, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to cater to all our guests. Certain yachts in our fleet are better equipped for accessibility. We recommend contacting us to discuss accessibility needs during your booking process so we can suggest the most appropriate vessel and arrange the required accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
If cancellations are made more than 72 hours ahead of your scheduled departure, a full refund is given. Cancellations done between 24 to 72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to departure are not refundable unless due to inclement weather or a malfunction on our part.
